UGANDA, EAST AFRICA
Comments by the Faithful & Discreet Slave class about those serving where the need is greater, specifically in their relationship to the progress of the worldwide Kingdom Preaching work:
"What accounts for such progress? Many things. Missionaries trained at the Watchtower Bible School of Gilead and, more recently, upwards of 20,000 graduates of the Ministerial Training School have made a huge contribution. So have the many Witnesses who at their own expense have moved to lands where the need for Kingdom publishers is greater. Such self-sacrificing Christians—men and women, young and old, single and married—play a significant role in preaching the Kingdom message throughout the earth. They are greatly appreciated."

PENTECOSTAL PRIESTS & WHOLE CONGREGATION
LEARN THE TRUTH!!
Experience related by Danish Missionaries in Uganda
In a little village in Uganda, there were two Pentecostal priests called
Nicolas and Simon. They were looking after the local congregation of
Pentecostals. The Pentecostals have a particularly strong movement in Uganda.
One day Nicolas was visiting his fleshly brother and saw the paradise book and the Mankind's Search for God book on his table. When he learned that his brother was not interested in the books, he asked if he could keep them. Nicolas returned to the little village and started studying the books with Simon. This happened in 1993.
Soon Simon & Nicolas realized that they were teaching falsehoods to the congregation, so they changed their teaching, and started teaching the congregation from the paradise and search books. A few months later they asked the congregation whether they had noticed that Nicolas and Simon had started teaching them new things. Yes, they had realized. Then they asked which one they preferred the old way or the new teaching. Then new teaching of course!
The Pentecostal Hierarchy were not happy about what was happening, so they threw out Simon and Nicolas, and then the entire congregation followed. Simon and Nicolas noticed a picture of a "Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses" in the paradise book. It wasn't long before the villagers had built their own hall, including sign and all!!! Remember, that they had not even met one of the witnesses yet!!!
The Pentecostal hierarchy stirred up opposition to these "Witnesses" and police arrived in the village and threatened the villagers to return to the Pentecostals, the result was that 28 persons returned to the Pentecostal congregations, but within the month, they had wised up and returned to Simon and Nicolas.
Simon and Nicolas thought that it was good if they made contact with the REAL WITNESSES, and they discussed this with the congregation, they all agreed that they should study the books finished before making contact. Finally in 1995, they organized a delegation from the village to find real witnesses - so they set out on their journey to the capital city. Finally contact was made, and 2 special pioneers were assigned to help the village.
The special pioneers were not sure what to expect. When they arrived, the village held a special meeting. Nicolas introduced "Today we have the special privilege of having two real, dedicated and baptized Jehovah's Witnesses here at our Kingdom Hall!!! We shall welcome them by singing hymns." and then they sang hymns known from Christendom.
THE SPECIAL PIONEERS HAD 69 INSTANT ENTHUSIASTIC BIBLE STUDIES!!!!! The villagers built a "Study Hut" and all queue up on Saturday when the pioneers arrive. They all get 45minutes each. The pioneers remain and conduct the Sunday meeting. Nicolas has progressed and is now a baptized brother. Simon is an unbaptized publisher and all the villagers are studying!!!!
